There are moments in life when the Universe holds up a mirror, asking us to look not at others, but within ourselves. Venus in Scorpio — where she will stay until November 30 aspects Uranus, will have many of us feeling old emotions stirring, the kind that remind us where our hearts have opened freely… and where they’ve overlooked what was real.
Lately, I’ve found myself in deep reflection — not from a place of blame or loss, but from a quiet space of self-awareness. This Venus energy has revealed where old patterns still linger and how easily we can mistake potential for partnership when our hearts lead without discernment.
With Neptune in Libra in my 7th house of relationships opposing Jupiter in Aries in my 1st house of self, I’ve always been someone who sees the best in others — their light, their goodness, their capacity for change. But this same openness can blur the lines between love and illusion. Once the initial spark fades, what remains are patterns — and those don’t lie. They reveal where alignment exists and where it doesn’t.
I can see now how often I stayed too long or gave too much, not because I was a victim, but because I believed love could heal everything. That’s Neptune’s gift and challenge — unconditional compassion that, without awareness, can drift into denial.
But Venus in Scorpio brings a different kind of love — one rooted in truth, depth, and emotional integrity. It reminds us that real connection cannot exist without honesty, and that discernment is not judgment; it’s self-respect.
And maybe… this is also a call to soften our edges in a world that keeps trying to harden them. To stop talking about each other instead of to each other. To stop dwelling on the nonsense that fractures community. To stop letting politics steal our silence, our humanity, and the space where our intuition speaks. Scorpio teaches us that answers aren’t found in noise — they rise from the stillness underneath. When we quiet the mind long enough to listen, truth becomes unmistakable.
This season invites us to love with open eyes. To acknowledge patterns without shame, to choose authenticity over illusion, and to meet both ourselves and others with clarity and compassion.
The beauty of Astrology is that it mirrors our evolution. The transits simply hold up a cosmic mirror, reflecting where we are learning, awakening, and returning to balance. As Venus moves through Scorpio, we are being asked to honor what’s real — not by closing off, but by loving truer… and by listening deeper than the world’s distractions.
Because loving with open eyes isn’t about losing faith in others — it’s about gaining faith in ourselves.
✨ If this reflection speaks to where you are right now, let it be a reminder that awareness is never punishment — it’s liberation. Every moment of truth brings you closer to the kind of love that honors both heart and soul… and helps you return to the quiet wisdom that lives beneath the noise.
